We are specialised in late and multiyear tax returns and if you owe the ATO large amounts of debt due to late penalties on overdue documents (not lodged tax returns and business activity statements), we can liaise to ATO to waive the accumulated debts and / or penalties as long as there is a reasonable excuse such as marriage breakdown, loss of employment and sickness. 

We specialise in Capital Gains Tax on disposed / sold investment properties, shares and other assets.

We prepare and lodge company tax returns (small to medium businesses), partnerships, various trust tax Returns (unit trusts, family trusts, holdings unit trusts) and Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) returns.

BUSINESS SETUP/ADVICE and ASIC COMPLIANCE 

As part of the business setup we register our client’s business for ABN / PAYG / TFN GST and Business Name Registration.

We setup various business structures such as companies, self-manage super fund (SMSF), partnerships, trusts, trust funds, sole traders and amend trust deeds.

We do corporate secretarial services and / or ASIC compliance such as change of director’s details, registering and deregistering company, preparation and lodgement of financial statements as required.

AUDITING 

As Public Accountants, we are approved auditors to do audits on Accountant’s Trust Accounts, Real Estate Agent Trust Account VIC, Incorporated Associations - Victoria 

Tier 1 where required - revenue $250k or less

Tier 2 Company Ltd by Guarantee  - revenue over $250k but less than $1m) and Review / Audit of Charities (other than Companies Limited by Guarantee) medium charities (annual revenue $250k or more but less than $1m) for small to medium businesses.
